Blog Hopping

Had a great weekend looking at loads of other blogs from everyone at Do Crafts.  So thank you very much for all your lovely comments and brilliant inspiration.  I am looking forward to next weekend when I can do it all again but I must get on and get some cards made to add to my blog.

My little Princess!!

Two photo layout of my daughter, one picture is at her cousins farm and the other is her looking rather cheeky when I asked her to say cheese.

I have used the Prima Printery collection papers and the matching stamps. I love these papers.  I have given the stamped images a glazed effect using clear embossing powder.

Recycled chocolate box

Had to finish the ferreo rochers off in a hurry so could make a little gift box.

Tried to use the crackled paint method but it didn't work out very well, some of the cracks were really big.

I then used Spellbinders rose creation die to make the paper flowers and added some stamped images from the Prima Printery collection.

Already thinking about Christmas

Well I have already started thinking about Christmas cards and as I love Pink Petticoat I thought I would make a purchase.

These little images are so cute and love the star backing papers it comes with.

Well I must make a start, these images are sat on my computer just waiting to be turned into cards.

My Biggest ever project

Here is a before and after shot of our house in France.

Basically our house had 4 walls, no roof and the inside was been used as a shed, not a pretty site.

Our sking trip

We have just got back from a recent sking trip the the French Alps, it was fantastic.  Have a few photos that I would like to scrapbook so I am currently getting on with that.  Here is a photo of one of the fantastic views from Chapelle d'Abondance where we stayed.

My first post

Hello, My name is Dawn and I currently live in France.  I have been a bit of a bored housewife of late so thought I would give blogging ago.  So this is my first post so I thought I would start with a scrapbook page of my Sister in laws dog.

I have used the Prima Pixie Glen papers and the flowers are made with the rose creation die from Spellbinders.
